1. How About the MOQ?
For OEM orders, the MOQ is 2000pcs per flavor for each model. For Wecloud products, the MOQ is 100pcs per flavor for each model.
2. Can I place a sample order?
Sample order is highly welcomed to test our quality first!
3. Can I print my logo?
Yes, OEM/ODM service is available.
Print logo on vape’s tube and laser logo on the bottom cap, etc.
4. How to order the products?
1).Tell us what model and quantity you need, get the latest quote.
2). Make proforma invoice.
3). Confirm PI and arrange the payment.
4). After receiving the payment, we will start the production.
5. How do we make the payment?
We accept TT, Paypal, Western Union, L/C, etc.
6. What’s the delivery time?
Normally 1-3 working days for sample order after delivery payment is received. For bulk orders, it’s about 10 to 25 working days after payment is received.
7. How would the goods be shipped?
For small quantity orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx express. For bulk order, by air or by sea usually.
