1. Pairyosi disposable vape has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. From the day after you sign for the next 7 days, the occurrence of product performance failure, through the after-sales service center detection and confirmation, can enjoy free replacement service.
We will send you replacements in your next order
In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements. In case of product performance failure within 12 months from the next day after receipt, you can enjoy free maintenance service after confirmation by after-sales service center.
4. Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
This warranty policy does not apply to consumables and accessories, such as cigarette holders and shells.

1. Damage caused by improper operation or illegal use.
2. Damage caused by excessive force, such as falling goods.
3. Damage caused by using accessories other than Wecloud products.
